It’s yet another launch of the annual  Women In Business awards which once again is unanimously embraced and supported by sponsors who have been supporting for a number of years.

WIB President Nur Bano said: “I want to say a big thank you to Westpac for continuing as the main sponsor for the awards at $75,000.

“Then of course all our sponsors from last year are continuing.

“Let me get straight into articulating our theme for this year’s awards, ‘Times Up’.”

Ms Ali added: “Of course the Annual Awards is our largest event and the most nationally visible undertaking in fulfilling our objectives.”

There are four categories:

Businesswoman

Executive woman (private and public sector winners)

Manager and Aspiring Entrepreneur

Employer of Choice

“So to all you smart, talented and strong women out there, I ask that you put in your application and to theose employers and friends of women I say nominate your friend, colleagues or business partner for one of the four awards for the 2018 WIB awards,” said Ms Ali.

Applications close on April 4, 2018.
