Today Show Broadcasts Live from Fiji

Channel Nine’s Today Show, one of the most popular breakfast shows on Australian television was broadcast live from the tourist hubs in Fiji.
Hosted by Melbourne Nine News presenter, Madeline Slattery, there were 12 live crosses over the two days featuring The Westin Fiji Resort and Spa on Sunday. In addition to the programme’s live broadcast from Denarau, the presenter for Channel Nine was taken out to the outer islands including Tivua Island and Malamala Beach Club for prerecording last Wednesday.
A similar broadcast was aired on Channel Nine live on Saturday from the Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay.
The programme ran between 7am to 10am. It is shown across Australia.
Ms Slattery said: “Had some great days, and was blessed to be in Fiji for the show.”
On Instagram, she posted: “Just a slice of paradise. A bit more comfy than my usual chair in the office.”
