The Ba Football side is ready for their second game in the Vodafone Premier League against Rewa this Sunday at Ratu Cakobau Park.

Team Manager Arvind Singh said they optimistic on winning the league and they were taking one game at a time.

“This is our second game and taking on Rewa will be tough, we know they are one of the teams to look out for,” Singh said.

“We have same team that took part in the OFC on Sunday, with the inclusion of overseas players who will bring a lot of experience.

“To win the league is our aim and I know the boys will give their best,” he said.

Singh said 2017 was a good year for them despite losing one of their goal-keeper Josaia Vatu during the transfer window but they are prepared for the new season.

“We hope to improve our performance from 2017.We are ready for the season of football that we have ahead.”
