Following the success of HFC Bank’s e-lavo road show in Korovou earlier this month, HFC Bank took the e-lavo roadshow to the people of Rakiraki last Sat­urday, February 24, 2018.

The roadshow was eagerly received by all living in and around Rakiraki who came in to open new accounts.

One customer even came from as far as Rai­wasa village just to see what HFC Bank’se-lavo service had to offer.

Now with their HFC Bank ATM card, these customers can simply walk ‘next door’ to perform withdrawals and deposits.

Through HFC Bank’se-lavo agency, com­munities in and around Rakiraki Townand other remote locations can now conduct their banking at ValuefoneShop rather than travel all the way to a HFC Bank branch.

The 1st of its kind in Fiji, e-lavo offers con­venience and accessibility forHFC Bank customers.

Giving customers the freedom to withdraw, deposit, transfer funds, pay bills and top up their phones throughe-lavo agency outlets strategically located around Fiji.

HFC Bank’s chief executive officer Rake­sh Ram said: “we aim to offer innovative banking solutionsto our existing and po­tential customers, which is also part of our community service agenda by making basicbanking services more accessible and convenient to the people of Fiji.”

Since it’s launch in September last year, over 23 outlets now offer this exclusive HFC Bank service.

Depending on the agency outlets operating hours, HFC Bank customers have the luxu­ry to bank as late as 9pm from Monday to Sunday and even on public holidays.
