Fijian- born Australian Wallabies winger Henry Speight said the Fiji Airways Fijian 7s players have got what it takes to top the 2017/18 World Sevens Series.

“From what I have known, I do not doubt their efforts and commitment in getting back on top,” Speight said.

“They are a new team and have been building from Dubal and we have seen what they can do in Hamilton.”

He said the Fijian 7s team have the support of all Fijians around the world.

“They are still the heartbeat of the nation, funny that it’s coming from someone that plays for Australia and we will support them no matter where we are in any part of the world.”

Speight wished them well in all international tournaments they will play in this year.

He flew out of the country yesterday morning to rejoin his Brumbies side for this weekend’s Super Rugby commitment.
