Fiji Airways Fijian Warriors hooker Mesulame Dolokoto will earn his debut in their first clash against Samoa A in the 2018 World Rugby Pacific Challenge tomorrow at the ANZ Stadium.

The 23 year old, Savusavu native is excited to feature for the Warriors to prove himself.

“Our training session was a very productive one today as we touched up on the aspects of play that we needed to progress on before our game on Friday,” Dolokoto said.

“This is actually my first year to be part of Fiji Airways Fijian Warrior’s side and I hope to prove myself. I won’t be considering any teams as pushovers as they all will come prepared to give us a good run.

“As hosts we are looking forward to give a good run for the opposition.

“For me personally I had the passion for Rugby since I was in primary school where I competed in the Milo Kaji competition, later on I represented Queen Victoria School in the Coca-Cola Deans Trophy competition and later I moved to play for the ACT Brumbies  U20s Academy where I am currently playing.

“And what actually keeps pushing me to keep doing my best is first and for most God and my family, friends especially when I am going through any hardships they are always there to support me.

“However, if given the opportunity, I am looking forward to being part of the Flying Fijian side,” he said.
