School Visit Boost Fiji Warriors

The Fijian Warriors side made a special visit as part of their Legacy Programme to Draiba Primary School in Nasese, yesterday.
Fiji Warriors Captain and Lock Mosese Voka said they were overwhelmed with the visit as it would boost them towards their final match this Saturday against Tonga A.
“I feel the visit to Draiba Primary School was a very enjoyable one as the boys had fun with the young children,” Voka said.
“Also, the visit will be a great boost for the players as they prepare to play Tonga A in their final match of the Pacific Challenge Cup on Saturday.
“And it was really overwhelming to see the huge support from the children as we are one game away from winning the title.
“We are looking forward for our last battle and we are confident to retain the title for the fourth year in a row.
“As the captain of the side it wasn’t an easy task for me to lead the team, I had a huge responsibility bestowed upon me and I am grateful to the boys for being corporative throughout the season.
“I would also like to acknowledge the staff and students of Draiba Primary School for hosting us today(yesterday) and we hope the visit will be a source of motivation for those students that are willing to pursue a career in this sport.”
