Keponi Paul will make his debut for Fiji in the World Sevens Series in Singapore today.

Fiji Airways Fijian 7s coach Gareth Baber named the Suva Police officer in the final 12-member squad yesterday.

The other players are Mesulame Kunavula, Kalione Nasoko, Isake Katonibau, Sevuloni Mocenacagi,  Josua Vakurunabili, Paula Dranisinukula,  Amenoni Nasilasila, Alasio Naduva, Waisea Nacuqu, Seremaia Tuwai and Eroni Sau.

Tabadamu playmaker Teri Tamani is the 13th player.

Fiji kicks off its Singapore 7s campaign against Japan at 5.36pm today, Russia at 9.02pm and Spain at 12.28am on Sunday.

Fiji will look to secure their third consecutive win on the World Series this year. Fiji has won three tournaments so far on the series and a win in Singapore this weekend will enable the  Seremaia Tuwai–captained team to lead the points standings. South Africa leads on 126 points, Fiji on 123, New Zealand on 107 and Argentina 90.
