Hari Punja and Sons Group in partnership with Pacific Building Solutions Limited had a foundation prayer ceremony for their $21 million project yesterday at Marina Estates, Uduya Point Road, Lami Waterfront.

The ceremonial prayer for the Uduya Point Apartments project was officiated by Tara Punja, wife of Hari Punja with the Punja family, business Associates and stakeholders.

Director Rohit Punja acknowledged everyone for giving their support to the project.

“We usually officiate the prayer ceremony to all our recent projects before the works get started.

“It is the belief that the prayers are for protection from tropical cyclones, hurricanes and tsunami and the building would remain safe and firm,” said Mr Punja.

He said the project will be a bold, new foreshore apartment building with unobstructed views of Suva and beyond comprising of 26 Residential Apartments.

Pacific Building Solutions Limited Director Rob Seamaan was happy to be part of the ceremony and looked forward to get the full scale construction beginning in the next few weeks and will be done in 12 months.
