The High Court in Labasa will decide today whether a 39-year-old Savusavu man will be granted bailed or not.
The accused appeared before Justice Riyaaz Hamza in the High Court in Labasa yesterday.
He is charged with three counts of sexual assault.
It is alleged that on August 28, 2015 the accused sexually assaulted his step-daughter.
Representing the accused was Legal Aid Commission lawyer Vilisoni Tuicolo.
