Boxers Ready To Rumble: Ali
Local boxing fans are in for a treat in the Best Boxing Promotions at Prince Charles Park, Nadi today.
The fight will be featuring five regional boxers from Vanuatu against their Fijian counterparts.
The main event will feature Kali Jacobus against Joseph Kwadjo.
Promoter Hasmat Ali said it would be an event not to be missed.
“The fight is definitely on, the boxers are ready to rumble,” Ali said.
“It’s the first time we have five boxers from overseas fighting in one programme.
“The fight between Kali and Kwadjo should be a good one and fans are in for a treat.”
Boxing Commission of Fiji’s (west) Usman Ali Lale said the local officials will be in control.
“Having the WBF president Mick Croucher and officials running the two-day clinic in Nadi was a success.
The gate opens at 4.30pm.
