A man from the Central Division who is alleged to have penetrated the private part of a child has been further remanded.
The man, who is charged with rape, appeared in the Nausori Magistrate Court yesterday before Magistrate Shageeth Somaratne.
Magistrate Somaratne adjourned the matter and referred it to the High Court in Suva for May 23.
He also denied bail for the accused.
