The incident took place on August 1, 2016, at Nasinu in the Central Division.

The couple is represented by Legal Aid’s Lisiate Qetaki and Simione Valenitabua.

He added that the evidence given by the doctor and the history given by the complainant were totally different.

Mr Valenitabua, while delivering his closing submission, said he agreed with Mr Qetaki that the court consider the doctor’s evidence and that the history given by the complainant were different.
