The Naitasiri women’s team aims to set the pace for the senior team when they play Nadroga in round four of the Skipper Cup Premiership at Ratu Cakobau Park, Nausori today

The team comprised students of Ballantine Memorial School and Blue Light rugby club in Lami.

They lost all their three matches so far going down to Namosi, Rewa and Nadi but they are determined to score their first win today.

Coach Pita Sauturaga said the team is confident in defending their turf today.

“Some of the students are being joined by players who played for the Fijian Under-18 team.

“We are grateful that we are able to represent Naitasiri in one of the biggest provincial rugby tournaments.
