Tanoa Hotels New Look Uniforms

The Tanoa Hotel Group took a fashion step forward this week when it unveiled its new uniform collection.
The new uniforms have been designed and selected to ensure staff comfortability and nature of work carried out on the floor.
Tanoa Hotels area general manager (Fiji) Narend Kumar said: “Brand standard is key for Tanoa Hotels.
“For excellence in service, presentation is vital.
“Our people are key to providing exceptional guest experience.
“It is vital for us to ensure they are looked after well and uniforms play a large portion in this.”
Mr Kumar added the staff in Nadi was the first to be parading in their new attire.
The other Tanoa hotels in Fiji and the Pacific will soon launch their uniforms as well.
“This also reflects brand standard and our corporate culture.
“After prolonged planning and trials to get the best possible, it is pleasing to note the smiles and the fresh look on our people.
“We will continuously invest in our people.
“We acknowledge, and we are so grateful to the directors namely Y.P Reddy and Rohit Reddy for their support and it is just an awesome feeling knowing that their positive attitude and leadership has made a great difference to the staff,” he said.
The launch was held yesterday at the Tanoa International Hotel in Nadi.
