The Flow Valve sponsored Suva football team are confident of delivering their best performance at the Vodafone Fiji FACT 2018 tournament which starts today at Ratu Cakobau Park, Nausori.

Speaking to SUNsports yesterday, Suva Football Association president Ritesh Pratap said, they are grateful to Vodafone Fijian football head coach Christophe Gamel for stepping in to help prepare the side during the absence of coach, Tuka Tisam.

“Our coach Tuka Tisam is in New Zealand for medical reasons,” he said.

“I believe Gamel’s training tactics for the past three days has really lifted the player’s performance. Preparation for the tournament is right on track.

“And what I really liked about Gamel was that during the three days he tried his best not to confuse the players as he stuck with Suva’s style of play which was very pleasing to see. The boys are basically prepared to take on Lautoka in their opening match.”

Pratap said they are basically keeping a low profile because they want to deliver their best for the fans.

“I thank our major sponsor Flow Valve for coming on board and supporting the team financially for the Vodafone Fiji FACT tournament,” he added.
