Fijiana Warns On Canberra Cold

John Feakes warn the Fiji Airways Fijiana XV side on the freezing condition in Canberra as the team gears up for their matches against the Brumbies and Newcastle.
The Australian High Commissioner took time out yesterday to watch the team training at the University of the South Pacific ground.
“You will be playing two top matches and its freezing cold in Canberra,”he said.
“Best of luck in all your matches.”
Fiji Rugby Union general manager Geoff Webster congratulated the team.
“It’s the first step for bigger steps to come for Fijiana, go and play your best and have fun.
“Listen to your coach. You are so blessed to have someone like Ro Alivereti Doviverata coaching you,” Webster said.
The side last played as a team in 2016.Majority of the girls are from the squad that participated in the Women’s World Cup qualifying rounds against Hong Kong and Japan.
Fiji will face Brumbies next Monday and play Newcastle on Saturday.
