Fuimaono Titimaea Tafua rates the Fiji Airways Flying Fijians as the team to beat ahead of their clash at the 2018 Pacific Nations Cup tomorrow at the ANZ Stadium. Suva.

The Manu Samoa head coach has a lot of respect for their Fijian brothers.

“Fiji has been winning the PNC for four years now,” Tafua said.

“Our preparation is good and we have included three new players from the extended squad. We are looking forward to the challenge.”

The former Samoa 7s coach stressed that discipline is the key factor.

Samoa captain Chris Vui is positive despite the limited preparation time.

“The boys have been working really hard during training,” Vui said.

“Fiji got a good forward pack but we should be up for the challenge.”

The side features three new debutants in Harlequins No.8 Mat Luamanu, Ed Fidow who now plays with Bordeaux in France and former Brumbies first five eighth Rodney Iona.
