The Office of the Department of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) has received a Police file concerning criminal charges against a Ministry of Foreign Affairs former staff member.
The ODPP confirmed they received a file on possible criminal charges.
The ODPP has confirmed that the file is currently being reviewed.
ODPP advised that that all Police files are vetted by a legal officer which is then reviewed by the manager of the division before a recommendation is given to the DPP who makes the final decision on the matter.
