Tickets have sold out for the Fiji Human Resources Institute Awards.

The awards will be held at the Pearl Resort in Pacific Harbour today.

The Institute received 25 applications for the awards between February 25 and May 7.

President Kameli Batiweti said all applications were scrutinised by evaluators who also interviewed the chief executives of different organisations to ensure correct information was provided.

There are six categories, four individuals and two organisation awards.

The awards include Human Resource Rising Star of the year, Human Resource Practitioner of the year, Human Resource Manager of the year, Human Resource Executive of the year, Health, Safety and Well-Being Programme of the Year and Learning and Development Programme of the year.

The institute has approximately 400 members.
