RFMF Personnel Complete Procurement Training Course

Major Peniasi Gade said RFMF procurement personnel were fortunate to attend a one-day Procurement Training provided by the Ministry of Economy, at the Strategic Headquarters on Tuesday.
The Republic of Fiji Military Forces Finance, Logistics and Acquisitions Directorate Chief Staff Officer Acquisition said: “The purpose of this course is to familiarise members of the RFMF who are in procurement to be familiar with the financial systems within government in terms of procurement, in terms of tender and acquisition.”
Major Gade said we are very fortunate to have the staff from the Fiji Procurement Office here with us facilitating this training course.
“We are glad of the great turnout today as we had only anticipated 30 course participants but we actually have over forty participants present, and the representation is very well spread out among all the units as we have procurement staff from our Strategic HQ, HQ LFC, Engineers, Navy, 3FIR, FTG and LSU reps here with us today.”
Course participants will be awarded a certificate for successfully completing this one day training course.
