A man charged with one count of aggravated robbery has been further remanded in custody.
Filipe Naivalubasaga appeared in the High Court in Suva before Justice Thushara Rajasinghe yesterday.
He pleaded not guilty and sought Legal Aid Commission assistance.
State prosecutor Juleen Fatiaki asked for 14 days to file information and disclosures before the court.
Justice Rajasinghe further remanded Naivalubasaga in custody because he has another matter pending before another court. The case was adjourned to July 27.
