The Naitasiri rugby side are focused on achieving their goal in the Skipper Cup Premiership as they face Malolo at Ratu Cakobau Park, Nausori, today. Naitasiri coach Koli Sewabu said expectations are high as they work towards their goal.

“The expectation of the players has never changed and we’re working towards achieving our goal,” the former national No.8 said.

“There will be high expectation for each and every one in the team to perform during this season.”

Sewabu added that they would not be taking their match lightly as they try to qualify for the semifinals.

“The purpose of our camps in the last few weeks is to identify areas of weakness and we are working on it.

“The team knows that Malolo will come out strong in this match, to stop them from being relegated to the Vanua competition. So we are going to put in all our best so that we can secure a position in the semifinals.

“We won’t take our opponents lightly and we’ll try to play all our games as the final. We are not looking forward to anything but our focus is on Malolo and what comes next.”

Sewabu has called on their supporters to be at the ground at 3pm today to cheer on the team.
