Three men were further remanded in custody by the High Court in Suva for aggravated robbery charges yesterday.
Immanuel Ismile Sami, Prit Pranil Kumar and Lawrence Avinesh Nath appeared before Justice Thushara Rajasinghe charged with one count of aggravated robbery each.
State prosecutor from the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions Juleen Fatiaki asked the court for time to file information and disclosures. The three sought Legal Aid Commission assistance and pleaded not guilty.
Sami, Kumar and Nath are further remanded in custody.
The matter was adjourned to July 26 for bail application.
