Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s player Luisa Basei aims to make her mark at the Rugby World Cup Sevens in San Francisco on July 20-22.
Basei said being chosen to be in the squad was an honour and she would do her best for her country.
“I know this will be a big challenge for us as a team, but we will do our best,” Basei said.
The 27-year-old is the younger sister of Fiji Airways Flying Fijians halfback Serupepeli Vularika.
According to Basei, her brother had always encouraged her to strive to be a better rugby player.
“He encourages me to keep working hard, I know for sure he will be supporting me and praying for me.”
