Qaqa Suva stopped BLK Nadroga’s dominance in the Skipper Cup Premiership yesterday after edging them 36-35 at Suva’s ANZ Stadium.

The win for Suva also ended Nadroga’s four years of dominance in the 15s code.

Since the season opened this year, Suva had shown great promise even when they were beaten by Nadroga earlier in the competition at the very last minute. And yesterday’s win was Suva’s unique way of payback time.

With the Farebrother Challenge starting next week, Suva look to be the team to beat.

Suva will be challenging
Namosi at Navua’s Thomson Park.
