The Director of Public Prosecutions, Christopher Pryde, (DPP) has decided that no charges will be laid against Government Member of Parliament Howard Politini, in relation to a complaint of criminal intimidation on May 17, 2018.
The Police file was sent to the DPP for an assessment of the evidence and a decision on whether any charges should be laid following a complaint.
The DPP stated that: “Following a review of the police docket and the evidence, it is our opinion that there is insufficient evidence to support criminal charges against Howard Politini and therefore the docket has been returned to Police.”
