Meet Mr Tech 360 Jovilisi Biutiviti Muani, one of the 12 King contestants for this year’s Hibiscus Festival.
Speak Up, Speak Out! is the advocacy message by the former Labasa College student.
The 25-year-old architectural draughtsman believes there are people in our society who are victims of sexual abuse, but have closed themselves to the public because of fear.
The Vodafone Hibiscus Festival starts this Friday and the crowning night is on August 18.
It will be held at the Valelevu grounds in Nasinu.
