Nasinu Netball aim to end their five year-drought at the 2018 Digicel/Punjas National Netball Champion­ship in Lautoka.

“We prepared well for this tournament,” Nasinu team manager Ana Takaba said.

“The players are fit and even though we lost some of our players who are playing in the Fiji Police divisional competition, the play­ers we have here have what it takes in bring­ing the trophy home.

“We are slowly finding our form and we are improving as the tournament progresses.”

They are led by former Fijian Pearls rep Luse Kotobalavu and former Fijian sprint queen Miriama Radiniwaimaro.
