Sulueti Delairewa was thankful that no one was injured when her three-bedroom concrete house was partly damaged yesterday in Vatuwaqa.
The mother of two, who is a taxi operator, said she was at work when she received a call that her house was on fire.
“I was still driving when I received the call and came straight away,” Ms Delairewa said.
Ms Delairewa claims the fire started from the meter box. She said they will be living with her son. The National Fire Authority is now investigating.
