Nadro U9 Beat Navosa

Defending champions Nadroga Under-9 team beat Navosa 7-0 in their opening game of the Vodafone West Kids Rugby Festival at Churchill Park, Lautoka yesterday.
The players displayed some good rugby as they were cheered on by fans and families.
Coach Taniela Naqali is determined they would take the trophy back home.
Nadroga’s Ratu Meli Saravua scored for the champions.
“Some of our boys were nervous but they managed to play well,” Naqali said.
“Our team faced a lot of challenges especially in funding the trip.”
The tournament continues today and the finals will be played tomorrow.
