Asco Motors has boosted the coffers of the para­lympics community with the donation of $30,000 for the 2020 Paralympics Games in Tokyo

The announcement was held at the Asco Motors showroom in Suva yesterday

Fiji Paralympics community director Joshko Wakaniyasi said the sponsorship would be a big boost for the athletes.

“To us as an organisation, to be associated with one of the renowned brands will really boost the confidence of the ath­letes to do their best,” Wakani­yasi said.

“Sports is a big part of the Fijian community and associ­ating ourselves with the para­lympians is just fantastic,” Sims said

“We get to help them in terms of funding on their prepara­tions towards the 2020 Para­lympic Games.

“We hope to inspire people to push past their finish line and make the impossible possible.”
