Vodafone Fiji Limited’s advertising manager Jyotika Devi has reaffirmed their support for the Vanua Levu Muslim Inter-District Championship.

She made the announcement during the tournament’s opening ceremony at Subrail Park, Labasa last Saturday night.

“It is of great delight for Vodafone Fiji to sponsor events as such to contribute to the development of the sport and community bonding,” she said.

“As a business operating in Fiji for over 24 years, we have always endured in fulfilling our community and civic responsibilities by giving back to the community.

“We try our best to meet as much sponsorship across a range of demands from the community to ensure uniformity and maximum benefit to as many Fijians.

“The gathering as such is a great initiative that engages our youth. It is a good ground for learning, networking, and above all teamwork.

“The annual event has grown over time and we believe that with our support, this year’s event will also be a great one.”
