A man charged with aggravated robbery will take his plea next month in the High Court in Suva.
Maleli Etuate Lolohea Somumu appeared before Justice Thushara Rajasinghe on Thursday.
It is alleged that on September 11, 2018, in Suva, Somumu allegedly robbed the complainant of his Samsung mobile phone valued at $1500.
The State prosecutor asked to be given time to file information and disclosures.
The defence lawyer asked for 14 days thereafter to prepare for plea.
The accused was remanded in custody.
The matter was adjourned to October 19 for plea.
