TOP BUSINESS TRAINER TO SPEAK AT FHRI CONFERENCE

A top Australian business trainer will speak at this month’s Bank South Pacific 2018 Fiji Human Resources Institute (FHRI) annual convention.

The annual convention will be held on October 19-20 at the Sheraton Fiji, Denarau, Nadi.

Joe Isaak is the national training and

assessment lead at the Australian Industry Group, a global presenter at Australian EFFECT and the founder and president of an Australian public speaking academy.

Mr Isaak has spent the last 13 years working as a part- time university lecturer in Australia and as a guest speaker for universities and international conferences in Africa, the Middle-East and Europe.

Since 2005, he has been an elite presenter and a master trainer, delivering accelerated transformational training in a diverse range of strategic business avenues catering for chief eExecutive officers, chief financial officers and general managers.

Some of these include: strategic human resources, change management, neuro linguistic programming (NLP), instant sales, consumer psychology, operational effectiveness, organisation behaviour, strategic leadership, international public relations and strategic marketing automation.

In 2004, Mr Isaak was awarded the golden ring award for an outstanding client retention programme by Verizon, a leading American telecommunications organization.

Furthermore, he was awarded a certificate of honour for best marketing training programme by Macquarie Institute in Sydney in 2014.

Joe was an award-winning Public Speaking Expert (PSE) for the years 2015, 2016 and 2017.

In addition, he has been engaged as a training specialist for several international

corporations and Australian government agencies.

Mr Isaak’s coaching and leadership style has been an inspiring catalyst that has influenced business executives to share his empowering formulas.

These have contributed in reforming various disciplines such as public speaking, strategic leadership, operational analysis, vocational education and training, strategic marketing, human resources and business executive coaching.

Mr Isaak has held senior industry positions such as, marketing group director at Muslim Community Co-operative (Australia) Limited and Australian Getaway, human resources director at SUEZ public sector, director of studies at the Australasian college, director of operations/general

manager at Get Qualified Australia and senior business executive coach at Action International.

Mr Isaak was nominated the best Strategic Marketing Specialist by Macquarie Institute in Australia and

awarded for year 2012.
