Swire Shipping Proud To Be Associated With FSC

Swire Shipping enjoys a strong relationship with the FSC and they are delighted to have collaborated with them over the years, so says Swire Shipping Regional Manager – Pacific Islands, Chris De Villiers.
He made the comments after Swire Shipping’s vessel Erradale made the country’s first 33,900 tonnes sugar to China last month.
From Labasa 22,000 tonnes and Lautoka 11, 700 tonnes of sugar were loaded on the Erradale vessel last month.
Mr De Villiers said Swire Bulk had been carrying bulk sugar parcels for the Fiji Sugar Corporation (FSC) for several years.
“Additionally, through Swire Shipping, we have worked with FSC for end-to-end cargo management,” Mr De Villiers said.
He said that this relationship adds to their long-term business and growth strategy of offering customers effective, robust and sustainable shipping solutions.
