The Fiji Airways Fijian Drua staged a late rally to overpower Western Force 33-28 yesterday. For the first time, the team will host a home semi-final and also won the Horan –Little Shield. This is the first time the shield is leaving Australian soil.

Here’s how we rate our Fiji Airways Fijian Drua.

  1. Joeli Veitayaki- Providing stability in the scrum giving Fijians the edge- 7.5
  2. Ratunaisa Navuma- Had a slow start but good general play, accurate in the lineouts 5.5
  3. Penijamini Makutu- Pivotal in the rucks and mauls causing turno­vers 7.5
  4. Peni Naulago- Solid game, providing platform for attack. 8
  5. Albert Tuisue- Ball handling letdown but superior in the breakdown 5.5
  6. Mosese Voka (c)- Communicated well with the team and winning turnovers 8.5
  7. Jone Navori- No-fear approach, outstanding 8
  8. Eremasi Radrodro- Solid contribution, strong in defence 9
  9. Frank Lomani- Excellent, stepped up in the second half 9
  10. Alivereti Veitokani- Good field vision, instrumental in his kicking game, set- up two tries 9.5
  11. Aporosa Tabulawaki- Speed to burn, aggressive in defence 6
  12. Cyril Reece- Played a ruthless defensive game 6
  13. Apisalome Vota- Good attacking player, stern in defence 8.5
  14. Levani Kurumudu- Good finisher, scored a try 7.5
  15. Enele Malele- Pace in attack and power in defence, good field vision 8.5
  16. Mesulame Dolakoto- Injected extra boost, showed great strength 8.5
  17. Eroni Mawi- Super sub, tough in defence 7.5
  18. Luke Tagi- Instrumental in the breakdown, defended well 6
  19. Tevita Naqali- Lifted intensity in defence 6.5
  20. Johnny Dyer- Use speed and power to break defence 7
  21. Serupepeli Vularika- Firm, consistent throughout 7.5
  22. Apisalome Waqatabu- Reliable on his role as last line of defence, solid in defence 8.5
