Twenty-year-old Navneet Reddy won the Fijian Junior Chef of the Year during the 2013 Moffat Salon Culinaire.

Full of energy, Mr Reddy is the Junior Sous Chef at the Outrigger Fiji Resort and Spa where he has worked for the past nine years.
“When I was small kid, I was motivated by watching my father work in the kitchen so I wanted to follow this track.
“My father is a retired executive chef for last 35 years. He spent 10 years at the Warwick Fiji.
Fiji Chefs Association president Davendra Reddy confirmed during the awards that the three main award winner will be representing Fiji at the 2019 Global Chef Semi-final in Melbourne.
