SODELPA leader Sitiveni Rabuka has been acquitted by the Suva Magistrates Court.
The court found him not guilty of all charges this morning.
Magistrate Jioji Boseiwaqa delivered his judgment before a jam-packed courtroom of supporters.
Rabuka was charged by the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC) for allegedly providing false declaration of Assets, Income and Liabilities to the Supervisor of Elections under the Political Parties (Registration, Conduct, Funding and disclosures) Act of 2013.
During the trial, Rabuka was represented by Queens Counsel Ian Lloyd, Filimone Vosarogo and Lynda Tabuya while FICAC was represented by Rashmi Aslam and Sam Savumiramira.
Mr Rabuka held a press conference at the party headquarters to thank family, friends and supporters.
He will be launching the SODELPA manifesto in Labasa tomorrow.
