Halftime: Wardens 5-0 National Fire Authority

Wardens maintained the momentum and Netava Koroisau scored their second try.

Viliame Maione of NAF kicked two penalties followed by two tries to Vuiviwa Naduwalo and Luke Mocevakaca to lead 16-10

But Jone Nagalu sealed the win with a try which was converted.

Fulltime: Wardens 17-16 National Fire Authority .

The first challenge was held last year to commemorate Corrections Day- the 143rd year of the Fiji Corrections Service existence in Fiji.

It also serves as an exercise to foster better relations between the two disciplined services who both have talented rugby players many of whom have represent their provinces in the Skipper Cup Premiership and for the country Swire Shipping Fiji Warriors, Fiji Airways Fijian 7s and the Fiji Airways Flying Fijians.

Comments: Wardens team coach Sailosi Naiteqe said; I am really happy with what the players have achieved. We were expecting a strong game from the Fire team.

National Fire Authority coach Akuila Nasi said; “We need to focus on our discipline.”
