The Real Estate Agents Licensing Board, a government statutory agency, has moved to a new office as of November 6, 2018.

The new office is located in the newly constructed Flagstaff Plaza at Bau Street, Flagstaff, Suva.

REALB acting chief executive officer, Virisila Tuimanu said the relocation was done to improve the services to the members of the public and the clients.

“It is good news to our clients since there will be easier access to the office premises and it will also benefit everyone, both staff and the public, as the Plaza offers better parking facilities.

“The real estate industry is a vital industry for the country as we continue to work hard to ensure the agents and salespersons abide with all the regulations of the Real Estate Agents Act 2006.”

Ms Tuimanu said REALB has plans in the pipe line which they would be working on to make it happen in the future.

“REALB had been working on the relocation project for about one year now and we have finally able to move to a new office,” she said.

“We have plans to extend our organisation in near future to accommodate the market needs as it grows.

“We are also in the process of reviewing the Real Estate Act 2006 to reflect the much-needed changes in the industry today.”

The office is located on the second floor, office 4 of the Flagstaff Plaza.
