They  are Fiji Sports Council chief executive officer Litiana Loabuka and Kalpana Lal, the Head of Finance and Administration at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit, Pacific Operations.

FHL chairman Adrian Sofield said the election of two ‘A’ class directors was facilitated by the Fijian Elections Office (FEO) in accordance with Government of Fijian Gazette Law no.85.

Questions were raised during the AGM by shareholders on the nominations process that allowed, Mrs Loabuka and Ms Lal to be A-Class directors.

Mr Sofield reassured the participants that of the three nominations, the two were selected by the directors and approved by the FEO and South Pacific Stock Exchange (SPSE) following the necessary process.
