Interim Order Against UniFiji

The Employment Tribunal at Lautoka has issued an interim order for a stay of further disciplinary action against University of Fiji staff.

The staff are members of the university’s Staff Association who have not registered for the biometrics in the clock-in and clock-out dispute.

Kitione Vuataki of Vuataki Law, acting on behalf of the association, took an Exparte Motion before the tribunal and was granted an interim order.

The matter has been adjourned to January 25, 2019 for mention in Suva.
