Wasps are now eyeing to recruit Fiji Airways Flying Fijians halfback Frank Lomani.

This was after Wasps No.9 reserves Dan Robson and Joe Simpson have been hit my injuries and will be able to play in early 2019.

Lomani starred in the Flying Fijians 21-14 over France at the Stade de France in Paris and again last Sunday for the Barbarians in their 38-35 win over Argentina in Twickenham.

Lomani revealed last Friday that he has been talking with English clubs but would prefer to return home to rest before making his decision. Former Flying Fijians centre Gabirieli Lovobalavau also plays for Wasps.

Last year, Lomani signed up for the Melbourne Rebels as a cover for Will Genia during the Super Rugby competition.
