Police have yet to identify those allegedly involved in the planting of marijuana between Buca and Loa villages in Cakaudrove, Vanua Levu.
Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro said a Police team uprooted 207 green plants believed to be marijuana from Yalalevu farm, some measuring at least 30 centimetres to two metres.
“On December 15, at around 6am, we deployed an operation team to the said sight, based on the information we received.
“The owner of the farm is yet to be identified and the plants have been seized and we are awaiting an analysis report.”
She also said they could not determine the street value either.
