Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, National Disaster and management office, Jone Usamate visited to Kadavu last week to hand over income generating projects to villagers at the Vunisea jetty.
Minister Usumate was briefed by civil servants on the island before visiting road construction sites at Vunisei.
He challenged public servants to a more committed service delivery.
The minister commission the new Namara Hybrid Solar project last Friday, December 21.
He was accompanied by Assistant Minister Vijay Nath and senior government officials.
