It was all smiles when Sunila Wati of Nasinu was picked the $30,000 grand prize winner of the Vodafone and Shop n Save Text and Win promotion.

When asked what she would do with her prizemoney, Ms Wati said that “the win couldn’t have come at a better time.

“I will use some to pay my housing loan and also use some to celebrate the festive season with my only son and family.

“I am also diabetic so I will put some savings aside for those rainy days.

“I have been taking part in all Vodafone texting promotions and finally I’ve won.”

She thanked Vodafone and Shop N Save for her win.

Vodafone’s dealer manager Avichal Prasad and Shop n Save operations manager Ritesh Nand were present to hand over the prizes.

Mr Nand said: “We have been in partnership with Vodafone for more than 10 years, it has augured well for all of us and for the customers too.”

The duo said they looked forward to more great promotions in the New Year.

Mr Prasad said: “It is always great to see happy customers. We have had great promotions with big prizes all year round.

“This promotion has ended on a high note as well. Just before we all start with the holiday celebrations I, take this time to acknowledge our partners.

Apart from the grand prize of $30,000, four customers also won $5000 vouchers from Shop N Save, five Samsung Galaxy Note 9, 10 Samsung Galaxy A8 and five iPhone’s were won as part of the promotion.
