The Vodafone Under-23 trials set for January 8-16 at the Fiji Football Association (Fiji FA) Academy in Ba are still going ahead.

This was confirmed yesterday by Fiji FA chief executive officer Mohammed Yusuf.

“Yes, the trials will be conducted as per our initial schedule since the weather is getting fine in the Western division,” Yusuf said.

“We’ve arranged for the transportation of players and once again the players are advised to report to our headquarters in Vatuwaqa before 6am on Tuesday as the bus will leave for Ba via Queen’s highway.”

Yusuf said they’ve received a massive response from local and overseas players who are interested to attend the trials.
