A man in his 30s will be produced at the Nadi Magistrates Court for his alleged involvement in the attack against two police officers at Wailoaloa Beach on Wednesday afternoon.
The accused was arrested with a juvenile at Solevu on Malolo Island by a team of officers who were deployed following the attack.
The accused has been charged with 2 counts of serious assault and one count of recklessness and negligence and will be produced at the Nadi MC
this afternoon.
The juvenile has been interviewed and released.
Seizures of illicit drugs were also made by the arresting team and the investigation continues in accordance with the alleged find.
