6, Lucky to be alive in Taveuni crash
The driver of the vehicle, Niraj Singh said he was returning from shopping at Naqere with his relatives when the incident happened after 2pm.

Six people cheated death after the vehicle they were travelling in veered off the road and tumbled over at Ura Estate in Taveuni on Saturday.
The driver of the vehicle, Niraj Singh said he was returning from shopping at Naqere with his relatives when the incident happened after 2pm.
“We were six people in the van and all taken to Taveuni hospital for treatment and discharged yesterday (Sunday).”
Mr Singh works as a farmer at Ura Estate and is yet to be questioned by Police as he is recovering from injuries.
Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro confirmed that they are carrying out investigations.
